President's Profile

Ma. Cecilia Bautista Lim, more commonly known as “Ma’am Maricel”, is the 4th President of the Philippine College of Criminology-Manila Law College and is the granddaughter of its former President and Founder, Justice Felix Angelo Bautista. She was elected last January 31, 2011 while she was serving as the Technical Assistant to the President of the Philippine College of Criminology and as a member of the Board of Trustees.

She was born in Quezon City on October 14, 1952. Ma’am Maricel started her formal education at St. James Academy and went to Maryknoll College for her secondary education. read more>>

Appointment of Atty. Ramil G. Gabao as Dean of the College of Criminology

As the new academic year of 2011-2012 begins so  does the tenure of Atty. Ramil G. Gabao as Dean of the College of Criminology and Review Director  take effect as of June 6, 2011. Dean Gabao  graduated from the Philippine College of Criminology with a degree in Bachelor of Science in Criminology in 1993 and took the Licensure Examination for Criminologists in 1999 with a 5th place ranking.
He earned his Bachelor of Laws degree from the Manila Law College in 2004 and passed the Bar Examinations in the same year. He continued his studies at the Philippine College of Criminology by earning a Master of Arts in Criminology degree in 2008 and then obtained a Doctorate degree in Criminology in 2011. read more>>

2011 GAWAD FELIX ANGELO BAUTISTA

May 20, 2011 marked a historical milestone in the history of the Philippine College of Criminology. The PCCR community celebrated the 115th birth anniversary of its founder, Justice Felix Angelo Bautista.
