Admission Requirements 

For High School Graduates

  1. Form 138 (High School Report Card) or Form 137
  2. Good Moral Certificate
  3. Birth Certificate (NSO Copy)
  4. 4 pcs. 1” x 1”  and 4 pcs 2x2 ID pictures

For Transferees:

  1. Transcript of Records
  2. Honorable Dismissal
  3. Good Moral Certificate
  4. Birth Certificate (NSO Copy)
  5. 4 pcs. 1” x 1”  and 4 pcs 2x2 ID pictures

Eligibility for Enrollment 

All high school graduates from any government recognized public or private schools shall be eligible to enroll in PCCR, provided he/she

a. Passes the Entrance Examination given by the school

b. Is of good moral character

c. Has not been convicted of any offense involving moral turpitude

d. Shall not join any fraternity, subversive organization or student association not accredited with PCCR and if already a member shall resign from such membership.

Note: 79% below high school average may be accepted provided they successfully pass the college entrance examination and interview but subject to student’s passing all his/her subjects during the first semester of the First Year.

Entrance Examination Schedules: 

For First Semester : Starts from November to May
Examinations is given Mondays to Fridays 8:00 A.M. to 5:00 A.M.
For Second Semester : Starts from September to October
Examinations is given Mondays to Fridays 8:00 A.M. to 5:00 A.M.

Policies for Foreign Students 

A prospective foreign student-applicant for tertiary or college level should be a high school secondary school graduate or its equivalent, and must pass the entrance 

examination given to all applicants for enrollment, comply with the requirements imposed by the Department of Education (DepEd) and the Commission on Higher Education 

(CHED), Bureau of Immigration and Deportation (BID) and that of the Department of Foreign Affairs (DFA).
