1. Head of Guidance and Counseling Services
 
Work Scope:
The Head of Guidance and Counseling Services is responsible for the leadership, overall function, and performance of the Guidance and Counseling Services Division of the Philippine College of Criminology. 
• Leads the development, implementation, and regular evaluation of guidance programs of all academic units of the institution.
• Communicates with teachers, other school personnel, and parents/guardians information related to the institution's guidance program.
• Supervises the staff of the Guidance and Counseling Division.
 
Qualifications:
• A Post-Graduate Diploma/Master's Degree in Guidance Counseling; a Doctorate degree (PhD, EdD) or units is a plus.
• Must have a Professional License in Guidance and Counseling.
• With at least three years of working experience, specializing in Counseling, Career Guidance, Assessment, and Educational/Behavioral Research.
• Demonstrates strong leadership qualities and can work with different people.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English and Filipino.
• Proficient in computer applications. (Google G Suite)
• Must be willing to work in Sta. Cruz/Quiapo area in Manila.
 
 
2.Guidance Counselor
 
Work Scope:
The Guidance Counselor addresses the academic, career, personal, and social development of students of the
Philippine College of Criminology. 
• Provides counseling and other appropriate activities to students with identified concerns and needs and uses assessment procedures for determining and structuring counseling services.
• Communicates with teachers, other school personnel, and parents/guardians information related to the institution's guidance program.
 
Qualifications:
• A Post-Graduate Diploma/Master's Degree in Guidance Counseling.
• Must have a Professional License in Guidance and Counseling.
• With at least one year of working experience, specializing in Counseling, Career Guidance, Assessment, and Educational/Behavioral Research.
• Has good interpersonal and communication skills, and can work with different people.
• Proficient in computer applications. (Google G Suite)
• Must be willing to work in Sta. Cruz/Quiapo area in Manila.
 
 
3.Head of Library Services
 
Work Scope:
The Head of Library Services is responsible for leading the acquisition, organization, and management of library resources and operations of all libraries in the Philippine College of Criminology.
• Ensures that all PCCR learning resources and services are operated in accordance with efficient, relevant, and best practices through the creation, implementation, and evaluation of development plans.  
• Directs the acquisition, processing, and maintenance of learning resources.
• Supervises the staff of the PCCR Learning Resources Division.
 
Qualifications:
• A Post-Graduate Diploma/Master's Degree in Library and Information Science.
• Must have a Professional Librarian License.
• With at least three (3) years of working experience.
• Demonstrates strong leadership qualities and can work with different people.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English and Filipino.
• Proficient in computer applications. (Google G Suite)

4. Librarian
 
Work Scope:
The Librarian is responsible for organizing, managing, and distributing library resources, and ensuring that the library provision of the Philippine College of Criminology meets the needs of all its users.
• Provides reference service to students, faculty, administrative employees, and other users through innovative library programs.
• Helps maintain library records, accession books, inventory, shelf list, serial list, and new acquisition list.
 
Qualifications:
• A Bachelor's Degree in Library and Information Science.
• Must have a Professional Librarian License.
• With at least one (1) year of working experience.
• Has good interpersonal and communication skills, and can work with different people.
• Keen on details, organized, and systematic.
• Proficient in computer applications. (Google G Suite)
• Must be willing to work in Sta. Cruz/Quiapo area in Manila.
 
 
5. Head of Marketing
 
Work Scope:
The Head of Marketing is responsible for developing, implementing, and executing strategic marketing programs for the Philippine College of Criminology. 
• Spearheads and supervises end-to-end marketing programs, campaigns, and initiatives through various media, from conceptualization to execution.
   Conducts marketing research to identify marketing trends, conditions, positioning, opportunities, and strategies.
   Directs marketing communication, corporate promotion, and public relations.
   Evaluates the effectiveness of marketing programs and devises improvements.
• Supervises the Marketing Staff.
 
Qualifications:
• A Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communication, Business Studies, or equivalent; a Post-Graduate Diploma/Master's Degree or units is a plus.
• At least three (3) years of working experience specializing in marketing and business development, marketing campaigns, advertising, public relations, and community engagement in a senior role, preferably from a higher education institution.
• Demonstrates strong leadership qualities, interpersonal skills, and can work with different people.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English and Filipino.
• Proficient in computer applications. (Google G Suite)

6.Bookkeeper
 
Work Scope:
Performs minor accounting duties, including, but not limited to:
• Monitoring and updating cash position reports and records.
• Recording, posting, and reconciling entries and transactions.
• Computing withholding taxes.
• Supporting auditing activities.
 
Qualifications:
• A Bachelor's degree in Accountancy.
• At least one year of working experience. Fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply. 
• Well-organized, with strong problem-solving, analytical, communication, and administrative skills.
• Has good interpersonal and communication skills, and can work with different people.

•  Acting as point of contact in coordinating with other offices and units of the institution.

•  Organizing and coordinating meetings, appointments, travel arrangements, etc.
•  Preparing reports and other documents.
 
Qualifications:
• A Bachelor's degree, preferably in Business Management, Communication, Office Administration, and/or equivalent.
• At least three (3) years of working experience; A background in the construction industry an advantage. 
• Resourceful, with strong problem-solving, analytical, communication, and administrative skills.
• Has good interpersonal and communication skills, and can work with different people.

8.Chorale Master (part-time position)
 
Work Scope:
The Chorale Master is responsible for supervising the PCCR Chorale and its participation in official functions.
• Recruits members.
• Conducts rehearsals.
• Supervises musical training and direction.
• Oversees budget and assets.
• Plans and coordinates promotional activities within the college and the community.
 
Qualifications:
• A Bachelor's degree in Music or comparable training and experience in supervising and coordinating a chorale.
• Ability to play musical instruments and read music.
• Demonstrates strong leadership qualities, communication and interpersonal skills, and can work with different people.
• Must be willing to work on part-time basis in Sta. Cruz/Quiapo area in Manila.

Work Scope:
