1.  HIGH SCHOOL TEACHERS
 
Work Scope:
- Deliver lessons in an innovative and interesting manner.
- Monitor progress and report students’ performance in class.
- Prepare and collaborate with colleagues on lesson plans and curriculum materials.
- Organize and take part in learning and extra-curricular activities.
 
Qualifications:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Secondary Education, major in Arts and Humanities (Communication, Art Studies); Business Studies (Accountancy, Economics,
 Entrepreneurship, Management); Social Sciences (Psychology, Sociology); and Physical Education. 
- Good academic history.
- Background in research an advantage.
- With excellent communication skills and fluency in English and Filipino.
- With good moral character and strong interpersonal skills.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. A Professional Teacher’s License an advantage.
- Must be willing to work in Sta. Cruz/Quiapo area in Manila City.
 
 
2. PHYSICAL PLANT AND FACILITIES ASSISTANT
 
Work Scope:
- Assist in developing construction projects, including building, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems, from planning to completion.
- Maintain compliance with safety plans, practices, and requirements.
- Monitor progress and timeline adherence to projects.
- Ensure equipment and manpower resources are used efficiently.
- Conduct regular inspection of physical plant and facilities, and perform needed actions.
 
Qualifications:
- A Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Civil, Construction, Mechanical, Electrical) or Architecture. A Professional Engineer's or Architect's License an advantage. 
- At least 3 years of experience in the field of engineering, construction, and/or architecture.
- Resourceful, with strong project-management, problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and can work with different people. 
- Must be willing to work in Sta. Cruz/Quiapo area in Manila City.
 
 
3. SECRETARY
 
Work Scope:
Performs clerical duties, including, but not limited to:
- Acting as point of contact in coordinating with other offices and units of the institution.
- Performing necessary actions for all forms of incoming and outgoing communication and documents.
- Organizing and coordinating meetings, appointments, travel arrangements, etc.
- Preparing reports and other documents.
 
Qualifications:
- A Bachelor's degree, preferably in Business Management, Communication, Office Administration, and/or equivalent.
- A background in the construction industry an advantage. 
- Resourceful, with strong problem-solving, analytical, communication, and administrative skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and can work with different people. 
- Must be willing to work in Sta. Cruz/Quiapo area in Manila City.
